Starting the beautiful weekend off right, Froomie Kate and I hit up some happy, happy hour of 1/2 pizza and $2 off drinks at
Sagra on San Antonio Street before the VAC Art Opening/Senior Exhibition. I've always seen this little house close to campus, but I've never had a real reason to eat there until now. This little trattoria drums up some nostalgia about my own study abroad experience in Castiglion Fiorentino, Italy. From the crisp white linens to the oven baked pizza, Sagra held its own against the real deal.

The VAC, Visual Arts Center, holds openings for each of their new exhibitions. These exhibitions are crowded with art junkies, students, and just generally good work. You can follow all of their artistic happenings on their
calender. A little unknown fact to the rest of the world is the wonderful open bar they usually have at these events.
