Muy-Loco Wednesdays

I might see friends in passing day-to-day, but it is always nice to go to dinner with the purpose of catching up. Maggie, Christina, and Hallie are some of the wonderful people I met abroad in Italy and we have made it our mission to keep the loveliness of Italy alive through a lot of good food and a lot of good wine.



This Wednesday Maggie, also an Austin native, showed us all up by introducing us to Zocalo Cafe. Today was Muy-Loco Wednesday aka $2 Sangria or Zocarita Wednesday.

YES to the sangria, YES to the zocarita. The only thing I would do differently would be to get a carafe for $8 and share.

Besides the awesome drink specials, they also had a live DJ roll in around 10pm for the late night. The fact that we stayed from 7:30 to 10pm is also a testament to the place. Zocalo Cafe is definetely on my list of repeats.
