Testing UsTrendy

Life has taken a bit of a whirlwind with summer school and a part-time job at ElectricFrenchie.com, yet through it all I seem to still find time to try out a new venture. Through my job I've met my match in odd shopping habits and a love for fashion.

From the random vintage finds from around Austin to the amazing designer brands she finds at consignment stores, Erin and I have joined forces to try out a little site called UsTrendy.

We started out with listing a few of our "best of best" just to see how it goes. It is a really easy site to operate and lets you customize the look of your "store front" with a logo, blog, and even portfolio. Though it is intended to be used by fashion designers, UsTrendy has evolved into a fashion marketplace that is unique and simple.

Of course we have wild dreams about selling out our entire stock and living that entrepreneurial dream, but it has taken a lot more than just dreaming to pull it together. Luckily we love to do this, so here is our first shot at an online store front.

Welcome to 512threads, our Austin sourced shop with a mix of high end designers and on trend vintage finds. It has been a small start, but we are looking ahead to a bright future.
